Contract Review

Everyone can use an extra pair of eyes. We will review any contract for a one-time fixed fee. This includes a (video) call to discuss our findings.

Corporate Housekeeping

We take care of your corporate secretarial duties: preparing board and shareholder meetings, drafting resolutions, etc.

In-House Counsel

If you need an extra set of hands, the Counsel Company can provide you with a dedicated counsel to work in your office or remotely.
