The contract review process should not be taken lightly. It is a rational analysis that predicts contract risks, measures the feasibility and enforceability of the contract, and clarifies contract-related facts. A good legal assessment is one of the most important steps in the conclusion of an agreement.

What happens if your counterparty is suddenly unable to deliver? What are your options if your counterparty does not pay? Are the performances you must deliver defined sufficiently clear? And in the worst case scenario, which court (or even in which country) can you get satisfaction?

Factually, a contract is not there to start the collaboration and the contracting parties want to start working on their project in good spirits. A good agreement regulates what parties must do and may expect if the plans do not turn out completely as initially expected

We do this for a one-off fixed price of € 150 for contracts up to 5 pages A4 format. Before and after the review, the legal counsel will contact you to discuss the agreement and the outcome of the review.

The procedure is as follows: You email us the agreement you want to have checked and leave your contact details. At this stage you can also pass on specifics you want looked at. One of our legal counsels will contact you for an intake and will immediately make an appointment for a meeting following the review. A video call via Skype, Facetime, or Whatsapp is possible.
